One of the primary objectives of all Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change Impacts (WICCI) working groups is to assess the vulnerabilities of the particular resource or ecosystem to the potential impacts of climate change. The Green Bay Ecosystem Working Group has focused initially on valued components of the natural ecosystem and climate-caused changes that will likely occur over the next 30 to 50 years. It is our intent to consider the built environment at a later time. In any case, the ultimate outcome is to formulate adaptive management guidelines for the Green Bay ecosystem resources and the Green Bay community.
