About Us   

University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute is a statewide program of basic and applied research, education, and outreach and technology transfer dedicated to the stewardship and sustainable use of the nation's Great Lakes and ocean resources.

The Wisconsin Coastal Management Program (WCMP) is dedicated to preserving and making accessible the natural and historic resources of Wisconsin’s Great Lakes Coasts. The program works cooperatively with state, local and tribal government agencies and non-profits in managing the ecological, economic and aesthetic assets of the Great Lakes and their coastal areas.

NOAA is a federal agency focused on the condition of the oceans and the atmosphere.

Funding provided by University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute, Wisconsin Coastal Management Program, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration under the Coastal Zone Management Act, Federal Grant #NA06NOS4190183; and under a grant from the National Sea Grant College Program, Federal Grant #NA16RG2257.
