New Great Lakes Fishes Poster Available
This new poster features 35 color drawings by the well-known illustrator Joseph Tomelleri. Tomelleri, who often works with live fish, is known for the exquisite detail of his illustrations and his painstaking attention to accuracy. Anatomical features such as scale and fin ray counts are accurate, and the colors are as realistic as possible. The drawings are done with colored pencils and take from 12 to 50 hours each to complete.
The poster is 26.5 x 38.5” on heavyweight paper and is available for $5.00 from the UW Sea Grant Communications Office, room 214, Goodnight Hall, on the UW-Madison campus, and via any of our field offices in Milwaukee, Manitowoc, Green Bay, and Superior. Developed as a Great Lakes Sea Grant Network project, the poster is also available from any Great Lakes-area Sea Grant program. See the poster here and get ordering information, or contact Linda Campbell by email or phone at (608) 263-3259.
