A Special Thanks



As a special thanks to all of the students who participated in this year's Madison JASON expedition to the wetlands of Louisiana in Spring of 2005, we gave away the alligator pictured here to the individual or team that came up with the best name.


The Rules were Simple...



Objective:
Suggest a name for our gator and tell us why you are suggesting this name.

Format:
Basically, anything that can be sent to us (either electronic or hardcopy) including artwork, poetry, narratives, PowerPoint, etc.

Deadline:
April 1, 2005

Number of Entries:
This may be done as a class project or by individual students (no more than three entries per class)

Winner Selection:
The winners were selected by a panel of judges from the UW-Madison Aquatic Sciences Center and are announced HERE!
